Shipping Policy
At VÉRO Aroma, every order is prepared with care to help your candles arrive beautifully and safely. Because candles are sensitive to heat, we take additional precautions during warmer months to help reduce the risk of softening, melting, or damage during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
Warm Weather Candle Shipping
To protect your candle during warmer months, VÉRO Aroma candle orders ship Monday–Wednesday only.
This helps reduce the chance of packages sitting in hot trucks, warehouses, or carrier facilities over the weekend.
Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday to help limit heat exposure during transit.
Heat Sensitivity Notice
VÉRO Aroma candles are made with a luxury wax blend and may soften slightly during periods of high heat. This does not affect the performance of the candle once it returns to room temperature.
To help protect your candle, please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Avoid leaving your package outside, in direct sunlight, in a mailbox, or in a hot vehicle.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected carrier service.
We currently offer carrier calculated standard shipping, and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Free Shipping
VÉRO Aroma offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. VÉRO Aroma is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier.
VÉRO Aroma is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box.
We will review the issue and help determine the best next step.
Returns Due to Heat Exposure
Because candles can be affected by hot weather during transit, please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.
VÉRO Aroma is not responsible for candles left outside, in direct sunlight, in a mailbox, or in a hot delivery vehicle.
