Return & Refund Policy
At VÉRO Aroma, each product is prepared and packaged with care. Because candles are personal use home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used, burned, altered, or opened candles.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible unused items within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
Unburned
Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Free from damage caused after delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or burned candles
Opened or altered products
Items damaged after delivery
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or limited edition items, unless damaged upon arrival
Scent Preference
Because fragrance is personal, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.
We do our best to describe each fragrance clearly through the notes, mood, and scent profile listed on the product page.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the packaging materials
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation.
Heat Related Damage
VÉRO Aroma candles are sensitive to extreme heat. During warmer months, candle orders ship Monday–Wednesday only to help reduce the risk of heat exposure in transit.
Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
VÉRO Aroma is not responsible for candles left outside, in direct sunlight, in a mailbox, or in a hot vehicle after delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
VÉRO Aroma is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please use your tracking number to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
